Crystals and gemstones hold an enlightened energy and vibration that have been around cultivating under the earth for thousands and even millions of years.
I have always been drawn to crystals and the mineral kingdom as a child, and now more powerfully on their incredible healing properties. The different energies in which crystals hold and exchange deeply amplify ones self and own personal spirit.I love the way in which crystals and minerals are so personal. There is no right or wrong way to feel a connection or energy - no wrong choices. It is all personal experience - whether you seek out a specific crystal or it seeks you... guiding and bringing out our already radiant spirt.
Each crystal is connected to a specific chakra to the body - as well as every psychical part of us... organs, digestion, heart, mind, blood, nerves...and it is up to oneself to utilize and harness the energy to where it is needed.
I've put together a little guide of some of my favorite crystals and gemstones that I love and use... ones that have helped me along with their healing properties and spiritual energies.

Aquamarine "the stone of the sea":

-Aquamarine evokes the purity of crystalline waters, and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea.

-It is calming, soothing, and cleansing, and inspires truth, trust and letting go. It is a stone of good luck.

-Connected to the Throat Chakra, it helps overcome the fear of speaking.

*In ancient lore, Aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids, and was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, fearlessness and protection.

Diamond "crystal of the light":

- It enhances inner vision and stimulates creativity, imagination, and ingenuity, opening the mind to the “new” and “possible.”

-Because of the diamonds unconquerable hardness, it has been known as a “Stone of Invincibility,” bringing victory, superior strength, fortitude and courage to its wearer.

-Connected to the Crown Chakra - our gateway into the expanded universe beyond of psychical bodies

*Diamond is considered a master healer for its ability to unify the mind and body.

Emerald "stone of successful love":

-Connected to the heart and Heart Chakra; healing heartbreak and giveing the strength needed to overcome the misfortunes of life, clearing away negative patterns

-Brings freshness and vitality to the spirit.

-A stone of inspiration and reviving passion in every aspect; a job, hobby, interest, romantic love,

*“All the green of nature is concentrated within the Emerald.”

Labradorite "stone of transformation and change":

-Connected to the Third Eye Chakra, Labradorite heightens intuition and enhances psychic abilities.

-Calms an overactive mind and energizes the imagination, bringing in new ideas

-helps with digestion and regulation

*Labradorite is one of the best stones to use when dealing with any type of addiction or to break unhealthy (physical, mental, etc.) habits.

Moonstone "the travelers stone":

-Brings flashes of insight, keeping one from negatively banishing possibilities, yet grants intuitive recognition and allows one to absorb that which is needed from the universe and not necessarily what is wanted

-Embodies cleanliness, purity and unity

-Connected to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras

-Calms the physical mind from the chatter that can affect our meditative state; allowing us to simply "BE" in that space with no distraction.

*Charge your Moonstone by placing it on a windowsill or outdoors overnight during the full moon.

Opal "the eye stone":

-Known for its ability to bring one's trait to the surface for transformation and growth; just as opal absorbs and reflects light, it picks up on thoughts and buried emotions allowing for personal growth cleansing

- Used for enhancing cosmic consciousness and raising one’s level of intuition and insight

-Used as antidotes to restless thoughts and racing minds that rehash the past or anticipate the future; promoting centered minds and happy dreams

*Opal is a stone so dedicated to the eye, so pleasing to the sight, it inspires love and hope, innocence and purity, luck and happiness.
