Most all Luna Skye pieces are made to order. Each piece is individually handmade here in LA, and because of this may take up to three weeks to ship.
Shipment time will reflect your chosen shipment rate. Items will be shipped upon your selection of shipment rate at checkout:
Standard (up to three weeks), Rush (up to two weeks), and Priority Rush (guaranteed ship within 10 days if not sooner).
If you have selected a shipment rate and we are unable to fill your item in the time selected, we will refund your order the difference to your cc used.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need a piece by a specific date please contact email@example.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customer service is of up most important to us and do truly appreciate your support in our pieces.
Pieces are shipped via FedEx, with Insurance covering your order based upon the value of each piece.
Because all pieces are made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
In the case of a repair or damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs and will cover damages up to a week of delivery. If we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return. We do cover repairs up to a month upon your order, and after that will charge our cost. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery. Luna Skye is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order.
For international shipping, customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs.
Everything that is posted on our social media sites are for sale; If you do not see a piece on the site that you see on our Instagram (@lskyejewelry) or facebook feed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and purchasing.
All ring sizes come in US sizing. Please be sure of your ring size when placing an order, as once your ring is made it can most likely not be resized - every ring on the site can be made in any US ring size.
Each necklace can be made with any additional length extension. Please read the length of each necklace in the description to ensure it will fit. In the case you do need added length we can provide a length extension for an additional fee.
Each piece is handmade with lots of love and time. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. We highly suggest talking off your jewelry before any rough handwork and before showering, ensuring and preserving the quality of each piece. Please note ALL opal pieces must be taken off when in water, to preserve the quality, as these are naturally a soft stone.
If a piece you've ordered and purchased goes on sale, we will refund you the difference within 48 hours, excluding shipping costs.
We use VS1 diamonds, in all our pave pieces.

First off, congratulations! We start by getting an idea of general design, budget and a few other details before jumping in. We can do this by consultation over the phone, via email/Skype or in person. Some things and questions to think about before; Do I want a diamond? Do I know the cut? Do I have a budget in mind? What is my timeline? Do I want to work off a design that is already in our collection? Do I have a custom design in mind? Am I looking for something more unique or more traditional?
